Prestige-wise, and popularity-wise, the best would be Boston College. BC is a top-tier University. The others are mostly second or third tier, but the other good ones are Fairfield, Fordham, and Holy Cross. The rest are so-so.

It all depends on what you are going to college for.
A college can be accredited in one department and not another. We really need some more information, like your intended major? Also, some information on the best way for you to learn. Some people like a quiet rural college and some like the city life. To some the sports program figures in (whether they play or not), others it does not.
Cost is often a major factor in helping to decide.

If you are asking this to test the name recognition and reputation of these schools, I have to go with Boston College.
